Even though we have thousands of customers who trust Troia Bilisim and continue their business in a healthy way, it is important for us not to victimize our customers who want to stay out of this sharing and whose price/expectation criteria we cannot meet.

If you think that you are not satisfied with the service provided by Troia Bilisim;
You can contact us via the Support Center within 14 days and request your payment back if your service start has not exceeded 14 days.

Non-refundable services: Domain Registration and Transfer, Dedicated Server Service, SSL Certificates, Licenses, Co-Location services.

You can also learn any questions you may have about the return guarantee by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. All refunds will be issued within 10 business days. The refund guarantee does not cover accounts suspended/suspended due to non-compliance with the service agreement. Our policy only applies to the first service each of our users receives.
